About Simpson's Tree Service
The professionals at Simpson’s Tree Service are ready to help with all your tree removal and tree trimming needs.
Simpson’s Tree Service Inc., owned by husband and wife team Jimmie and Cammy Simpson, is based out of South West Houston and Fort Bend County and has been serving the Houston and surrounding area for over 15 years.
Simpson’s Tree Service has the experience and skills necessary to provide customers with excellent tree care.
This family-owned tree care business offers affordable tree care services from the smallest of delicate tree shaping to the most hazardous large tree removals - and everything in between.
The company’s motto - "Call us when quality counts" - is what separates Simpson's Tree Service from all the rest.
Having served Fort Bend County since the early 90s, the Simpsons have witnessed the problems untrimmed trees can cause, especially when the county is hit by serious storms. Proper pruning gets young trees off to the right start, saving more costly tree trimming in the future.
Tree pruning is recommended every two to three years depending on growth and special circumstances.
Simpson’s Tree Service specializes in quick, reliable and friendly service. Customers will receive professional trimming that will reduce the risk of storm damage and encourage growth away from the streets and homes. The company’s trimming and pruning services will also keep matured trees from becoming a liability issue by preventing unhealthy branches from breaking off.
And according to Jimmie Simpson, certain trees, especially palm trees, can host pests like rats, roaches and snakes. And if left untrimmed, the trees can allow these pests easy access to the house. Careful limb removal will help prevent unwanted pests.

A Little More About Jimmie Simpson:
"Sweetness" called him "The Undertaker!"
Upclose.wz - Written by Janet Gonser
Your work ethic starts early when you're the middle of nine kids in small town Mississippi. "I started hauling pug wood with my daddy when I was 7 or 8," tells Jimmie Simpson. "When somebody wanted 10 acres cleared we'd go in, take down the pine trees and haul them to the mill for paper or lumber." Jimmie was 10 when he lost several fingers in a close encounter with a saw. Fortunately, a skilled doctor successfully sewed them back on with just the scars to show for it!
Those fingers came in handy for breaking up and intercepting passes while playing defensive back for Jackson State. His teammate, as you may have guessed, was Walter Payton, who obviously had a lot of respect for Jimmie.
Jimmie's love affair with trees has been transplanted from the piney woods to the neighborhoods of Fort Bend where he and his crew do more sculpting than removing trees. He and his wife, Cammy oversee Simpson Tree Service, which is also a full service lawn maintenance company.
"Our young trees in the Fort Bend area need professional trimming to clean out the inside for less wind resistance during storms and also to encourage growth up away from streets and homes," explains Jimmie. "Mature trees become a problem when unhealthy branches break off, posing a liability or when branches touch roofs, allowing access to attics for rodents. Untrimmed palm trees often harbor rats, bats or snakes. Proper trimming will eliminate such problems."
"Our guys all have at least 8 years experience," Cammy goes on. "All they do all day every day is trees. They use safety equipment and ropes and harnesses to get up into the trees and rope the trimmed branches down to the guys on the ground. This eliminates any damage to your property."
Channel 2 and Fort Bend's own Emily Aiken called on Jimmie for her "People to People" program where she asks experts to help those in need. "I was happy to go up to the North Side and help a lady who had three trees leaning on her house," says Jimmie.
"Our lawn crews are uniformed and work well together," says Cammy. "Customers can count on dependable mowing, edging, mulching and bed maintenance. We do spring and fall cleanups and offer seniors over 55 a discount. Jimmie loves his seniors!"
The Simpsons have 3 delightful children: sons Brandon and Nicholas and daughter, Amanda. A large percentage of their business is repeat and referrals, because they do their best to satisfy all their customers. To become one, call 281-980-0095 for a free estimate.
